McDonald's, Calif. Group Settle Outdoor Smoking Suit

Law360, New York (September 1, 2011, 2:21 PM EDT) -- An attorney for a consumer group said Thursday his client had reached a settlement with McDonald's Corp. restaurants in California in its suit accusing the fast-food chain of exposing customers and employees to secondhand smoke in outdoor seating areas.
