Madoff Trustee Sues Barclays, Others For $218M

Law360, New York (September 1, 2011, 5:13 PM EDT) -- The trustee for Bernard Madoff's securities firm hit Barclays Bank SA, Cathay Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and others with adversary cases in New York on Thursday seeking the return of more than $218 million allegedly stolen from investors.
