Carlyle Investors Sue Over 'Disastrous' IPO

Law360, New York (September 2, 2011, 9:07 PM EDT) -- Former Carlyle Capital Corp. shareholders on Thursday filed a putative class action in New York state court accusing the defunct investment fund and several executives of making false and misleading statements in advance of a disastrous 2007 initial public offering.
