Xe Whistleblowers Seek New False Claims Trial

Law360, New York (September 2, 2011, 9:28 PM EDT) -- Whistleblowers in a False Claims Act suit against a Xe Services LLC subsidiary sought a retrial in Virginia on Friday, claiming they have new evidence that the contractor's former chief operating officer lied to a jury.
