Military Audit Reforms Depend On IT, Culture Changes

Law360, New York (September 8, 2011, 6:37 PM EDT) -- The U.S. military is streamlining accounting information technology systems and trying to instill a culture of financial accountability in order to meet a 2017 deadline to overhaul their readiness for audits, according to Thursday testimony before a House panel.
