US Can't Ice NetStar Bid Protest

Law360, New York (September 6, 2011, 6:23 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Tuesday denied the government's efforts to remand NetStar-1 Government Consulting Inc.'s bid protest for agency review, saying the court would resolve the protest on its merits unless the U.S. Department of Homeland Security cancels the contract in dispute.
