Composer Sues Over Song In LeBron James Documentary

Law360, New York (September 7, 2011, 7:59 PM EDT) -- A Georgia-based songwriter slapped Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. and LeBron James' entertainment company with a copyright lawsuit on Tuesday, accusing them of using the songwriter's original composition in their documentary, "More Than A Game."

Mason Hall, who does business as Break Bread Music, alleges that his song "We Ready" was used several times throughout "More Than A Game" despite its copyright protection. The song is performed by Archie Eversole, a popular Georgia-based hardcore rapper known for his album, "Ride Wit Me Dirty South Style."
