Sidley Adds Ex-DOJ Atty To Government Contracts Group

Law360, New York (September 8, 2011, 2:11 PM EDT) -- Sidley Austin LLP on Tuesday said it had hired a former U.S. Department of Justice trial attorney as counsel in its Washington-based government contracts practice.

Matthew Solomson will handle construction litigation, civil fraud defense and other matters before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Federal Circuit, Sidley Austin said. His clients will include defense, health care and manufacturing contractors.

The firm said Solomson’s addition dovetailed with its expansion of the government contracts group.
