Navy Holds On To Win Over $15M Drug Testing Contract

Law360, New York (September 8, 2011, 3:04 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge on Wednesday refused to reverse the federal government's win in a fight with RN Expertise Inc. over the U.S. Navy's withdrawal of a $15 million contract for drug testing services.

RN Expertise, a small, woman-owned business located in Altamonte Springs, Fla., launched the suit in October 2009 after its contract was revoked and its bid protest before the U.S. Government Accountability Office was denied.
