BofA Temporarily Postpones LaSalle Suit

Law360 (June 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bank of America Corp. has agreed to postpone a U.S. lawsuit against ABN Amro NV, which it accused of not following through on the $21 billion sale of Chicago-based subsidiary LaSalle Bank Corp., until after the Dutch Supreme Court rules on the matter.
