Union Sues Electrical Co. Over Pension Funds

Law360, New York (June 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A union filed suit Wednesday against a California electrical contracting company, seeking over $200,000 in benefits owed after the company allegedly breached a collective bargaining agreement and failed to pay into the union’s pension funds in violation of ERISA.
