Company Recalls More Toxic Toothpaste

Law360 (June 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In yet another recall involving toxic chemicals in toothpaste, Miami, Fla.-based MainStar America LLC has begun pulling three types of toothpaste from shelves nationwide.

The Food and Drug Administration announced Wednesday that MainStar was recalling four-ounce containers of Dr. Cool Toothpaste, four-ounce containers of Superdent Toothpaste and one-ounce containers of Everfresh Smile2 Toothpaste.
