Paramount Faces Bench Trial In 'No Country' Payout Battle

Law360, New York (September 9, 2011, 3:46 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Friday ruled that a film financing fund's investor suit against Paramount Pictures Corp. over revenues from the Oscar-winning film “No Country for Old Men” would not be decided by a jury, instead opting for a bench trial.
