LG Pays Up To Snuff Suit Over Defective Fridge Lights

Law360, New York (September 12, 2011, 2:28 PM EDT) -- LG Electronics USA Inc. said Friday it would fund repairs and pay up to $1 million in attorneys' fees to settle a proposed class action in New Jersey federal court claiming the lights inside its French door refrigerators do not turn off.
