Art Dealer's Warhol Authenticity Suit Gets The Boot

Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 6:32 PM EDT) -- A New York judge on Monday tossed a photography dealer's breach of contract suit against the Andy Warhol Art Authentication Board Inc. and others over the board's finding that his alleged Andy Warhol drawing was not authentic.

New York Supreme Court Judge Carol Edmead on Monday dismissed with prejudice Addison Thompson’s claims against the board, the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts Inc. and the Andy Warhol Museum, the board’s counsel Nicholas Gravante Jr. told Law360 on Tuesday.
