Best Buy Customers Fight For Cert. Over Price Matching

Law360, Los Angeles (September 12, 2011, 8:40 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for four California consumers who claim Best Buy Stores LP systematically broke its promise to match competitor prices fought an uphill battle Monday against a federal judge’s tentative ruling denying class certification.
