AT&T Can't Move Workers' OT Suit To Fla.: Calif. Judge

Law360, New York (September 12, 2011, 10:14 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday refused to dismiss a putative employee wage class action against a unit of AT&T Inc. and the company it used to hire virtual call center agents, as well as a request to move the case from California to Florida.
