Judge Clears HHS Financial Test For Equipment Suppliers

Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 3:10 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Friday rejected a challenge to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' inclusion of financial background tests as part of its competitive acquisition of durable medical equipment for Medicare, saying that testing was reasonable.
