Moore Capital Dodges Suit Over Market Manipulation

Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 4:00 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday granted Moore Capital Management LP's motion to dismiss a securities class action alleging that it manipulated platinum and palladium markets, saying the complaint could not reference a regulatory action against the company.
