COFC Says It Can Take On Task Order Protests

Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 5:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims said Tuesday that the law giving the U.S. Government Accountability Office exclusive jurisdiction over protests of task order awards had expired, ruling that it had the right to take up a protest brought by Med Trends Inc.
