Feds Try To Block Professor's Testimony In CIA Leak Case

Law360, New York (September 13, 2011, 6:05 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors on Monday asked a Virginia judge to prevent a University of Maryland journalism professor from testifying at the upcoming trial of an ex-CIA officer accused of leaking classified information to a New York Times reporter.
