Lawmakers Push To Constrict Hummer Tax Loophole

Law360 (June 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of lawmakers on Sunday night introduced a bill in the U.S. House of Representatives to shrink the so-called “Hummer Tax Loophole,” claiming it grants tax breaks to some of the sports utility vehicles that guzzle the most gas.
