COFC Provides New Venue For Task Order Protests

Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 10:05 PM EDT) -- For the first time in more than a decade, contractors have a choice of forum for protest of task orders under flexible contracts with U.S. civilian agencies, allowing them to take advantage of either the streamlined procedures offered by the U.S. Government Accountability Office or the discovery rights offered by the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
