Judge Greenlights Deal In Baby Sex Test Row

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 2:37 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday approved a settlement in a nationwide class action against IntelliGender LLC, which agreed to pay $10 to each person who bought its Gender Prediction Test and received an inaccurate result for an unborn baby’s gender.
