Law360, New York (September 15, 2011, 2:52 PM EDT) -- A private investigator hired to locate assets of the family of late pop icon Michael Jackson sued memorabilia dealer Howard Mann and others for breach of contract in California state court on Tuesday, arguing he was never paid for his services.
