Las Vegas Sands Says Former China Exec Stole Docs

Law360, Los Angeles (September 15, 2011, 6:55 PM EDT) -- Las Vegas Sands Corp. on Tuesday accused a former executive who is suing the company for wrongful termination of stealing reams of sensitive documents in a case that’s raised allegations of Vegas casino ties to Chinese mobsters.

LVSC filed a motion in Nevada court Tuesday asking the court to order former Sands China Ltd. CEO Steven Jacobs to return 11 gigabytes of purportedly stolen documents and to bar him from producing them in the case.
