Dukes Not Enough To Nix Best Buy Price-Match Class

Law360, New York (September 16, 2011, 1:54 PM EDT) -- A class of New York consumers claiming that Best Buy Stores LP fails to honor a guarantee to match competitors' prices remained intact Thursday, despite the electronics retailer's argument for decertification in light of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. v. Dukes.
