Tribune Sued Over LA Times Mag Publisher's Firing

Law360, New York (September 15, 2011, 10:08 PM EDT) -- A former Los Angeles Times Magazine publisher lodged a multimillion-dollar wrongful termination suit against parent company Tribune Co. in California state court Thursday, claiming it fired him because he criticized its decision to stop distributing the magazine to poor and minority-dominated neighborhoods.
