Delphi Seeks More Time To File Plan

Law360 (June 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Saying it continues to engage in productive discussions with its major stakeholders, bankrupt auto part supplier Delphi Corp. has asked a judge for more time to file its exclusive plan for reorganization.

In a motion filed Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, the company asked to have until the end of the year to file. It asked to have until February 29, 2008 to solicit approval of its plan.
