Judge Orders Gerson Lehrman OT Suit To Move Forward

Law360, New York (September 16, 2011, 4:26 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday denied cross-motions for summary judgment in a class action accusing consulting firm Gerson Lehrman Group Inc. of misclassifying its research associates as exempt from overtime pay requirements.
