Court Revives Linear Technology's Patent Claims

Law360 (June 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Linear Technology Corp.'s third-party patent infringement lawsuit against three semiconductor companies has been given a second chance at life, as a California appeals court has reversed the trial court's dismissal and remanded the case.
