Jiau Asks For Leniency In Insider Trading Sentencing

Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 4:05 PM EDT) -- Ex-Primary Global Research LLC consultant Winifred Jiau on Wednesday asked to be sentenced to no more than 21 months in prison, arguing she played a minor role at most in the technology company insider trading scheme that led to her conviction.
