NY AG's Office Suspends Moonlighting Dominatrix

Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 2:57 PM EDT) -- A respected securities fraud prosecutor in the New York Attorney General's Office was suspended Friday following reports that she moonlights as a dominatrix in fetish clubs.

Alisha Smith, who helped negotiate a $5 billion settlement with Bank of America and other banks accused of securities fraud, regularly works evenings as a paid performer at S&M events, restraining and whipping willing clients as alter ego "Alisha Spark," according to reports by the New York Post.
