UAE Cos. Sued Over Unpaid Tech Deal Commissions

Law360, New York (September 20, 2011, 7:33 PM EDT) -- EastWest Bridge sued three United Arab Emirates-based companies in federal court Friday for allegedly breaching a contract by not paying the Texas company commissions stemming from a deal to install wireless technology in Abu Dhabi.

“EastWest Bridge was thus cut out of the deal after it had done its part to make it happen,” the complaint said.
