Wendy's OT Class Action Dismissed For Now

Law360, Los Angeles (September 19, 2011, 7:37 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday dismissed a putative class action alleging Wendy’s International Inc. failed to provide meal and rest breaks and to pay overtime to hourly California workers, but ruled the plaintiff could refile her complaint.
