Court Joins 3 Google Investor Suits Over Illegal Drug Ads

Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 5:57 PM EDT) -- A California federal court on Monday consolidated three shareholder suits against directors of Google Inc. over the company's $500 million payment to the U.S. government to settle criminal charges that its advertising service facilitated illegal imports of prescription drugs.

Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, Robbins Umeda LLP and Pomerantz Haudek Grossman & Gross LLP will serve as lead counsel for the consolidated plaintiffs. Google did not object to the consolidation or counsel.
