Aquila Settles Natural Gas Suit

Law360 (June 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Aquila Merchant Services Inc. has agreed to a $1 million settlement in a massive antitrust class action alleging natural-gas price manipulation, joining the lawsuit's five other settling companies and bringing the total settlement figure to $11.3 million.

Judge Philip M. Pro of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada on Thursday granted preliminary approval of the Aquila settlement.
