Microsoft Pushes To Dismiss Fraud Claims Over DVRs

Law360, New York (June 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Microsoft Corp. has fired back at a patent holding company that accused the computer giant of fraudulently acquiring a portfolio of interactive television technology patents without a per-product royalty rate.

Microsoft filed a motion to dismiss a case Friday brought by Intellivision, a technology licensing venture.
