Judge Strikes Down Percy Jackson Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (September 21, 2011, 8:56 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday tossed a lawsuit brought by two authors claiming the “Percy Jackson & The Olympians” book series and movie infringed their copyrighted books, saying no reasonable jury could find the works substantially alike.
