Fila Toning Apparel Plaintiff Quits Federal Class Action

Law360, New York (September 21, 2011, 12:34 PM EDT) -- The plaintiff in a proposed class action accusing Fila USA Inc. of falsely advertising that its workout apparel could sculpt and tone the body abandoned the action in California federal court Tuesday, opting to pursue the claims in state court instead.
