Fish & Neave Partner Returns To Finnegan, Henderson

Law360, New York (December 14, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Intellectual property attorney Richard L. Rainey has jumped ship from New York IP specialist Fish & Neave and is returning to his old firm, Washington, D.C.’s Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner.

Rainey worked in the DC and Atlanta offices of Finnegan Henderson as an associate from 1996 through 2002. He is returning to the firm after two years as a partner with Fish & Neave LLP, missing out on Fish & Neave’s merger with Boston general-practice firm Ropes & Gray.
