'Price Is Right' Model Can't Revive CBS Civil Rights Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (September 21, 2011, 9:03 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Wednesday rejected a request to reconsider his dismissal of a former "The Price Is Right" model's claims that CBS Corp. and others violated a state civil rights law by purportedly firing her for getting pregnant.

Game show model Shane Stirling sued CBS in August 2010, alleging the show's producers discriminated against her and ultimately fired her after she announced her pregnancy in December 2006.
