WilmerHale Snags SDNY's No. 2 Prosecutor

Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 5:07 PM EDT) -- WilmerHale announced Thursday that Boyd M. Johnson III, deputy U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York and leader of the prostitution probe that led to former Gov. Eliot Spitzer's resignation, will join the firm's New York office as a partner Oct. 1.
