Courtney Love Must Face 'Defamatory' Tweet Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (September 21, 2011, 6:48 PM EDT) -- A California judge ruled Tuesday that a lawyer hired by rocker Courtney Love to pursue money and property stolen from Kurt Cobain’s estate could go after the ‘Hole’ front woman for allegedly defaming the attorney on Twitter.
