J&J Washes Hands Of Baby Bath Products False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 2:55 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday tossed a putative class action accusing Johnson & Johnson Consumer Cos. Inc. of falsely claiming in advertisements and on product labels that its line of bedtime bath products helps babies sleep better.

In granting J&J's motion to dismiss the suit, U.S. District Judge Freda L.
