Anheuser, Budvar Can Share 'Budweiser' In UK: EU Court

Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 2:42 PM EDT) -- Europe's highest court ruled Thursday that Anheuser-Busch InBev NV and Czech brewery Budejovicky Budvar NP can both continue to sell beer in the U.K. using the "Budweiser" trademark.
