SBA Contracting Fraud Bill Sails Through Senate

Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 4:29 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Senate on Wednesday unanimously approved a bill targeting companies that illegally obtain government contracts set aside for small businesses — one attempt to address the estimated $125 billion the federal government doled out in improper payments across the board last year.
