Nintendo Can't DQ Floyd & Buss From IP Suit: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 5:25 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday overturned an order barring Floyd & Buss LLP from representing Shared Memory Graphics LLC in its patent suit over graphics accelerator technology, saying a previous agreement barred defendant Nintendo Co. Ltd. from claiming a conflict of interest.
