Gay Veterans' Separation Pay Suit Likely To Go Forward

Law360, Washington (September 22, 2011, 7:48 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge said Thursday that the government should be prepared for a proposed class action to proceed with allegations that the U.S. Department of Defense discriminated by halving the separation pay of service members who were honorably discharged for being gay.
