7th Circ. Scraps Potash Price-Fixing Action

Law360, New York (September 23, 2011, 4:30 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Friday tossed a class action alleging a conspiracy to fix the global price of fertilizer ingredient potash, finding the plaintiffs had not drawn a sufficient connection between the alleged plot involving foreign producers and the U.S. potash market.
